  1. The food was remarkably very tasty; the only thing that turned me and my son off was the employee upfront talking about either some customer or another employee. That’s so unprofessional and, like I said, a big turn-off. It makes you wonder what they say about you when you leave.

Ok, so I ordered here at this store. Before I go off, let me tell you I understand the issues working at a service restaurant. My first job was McDonalds, and I have also worked for Starbucks. I ordered a jumbo jack with no cheese, but I was charged a jumbo jack cheese with no cheese, which cost $4.79 instead of $4.29. Although I spoke to the drive-thru lady named Graciel, who was on receipt, she said she didn’t. It’s on the receipt. Another thing is the total was $12.16. initially, I gave them two 10 dollar bills, and she asked if I had 16 cents. So I gave her 2 dimes and a penny. So she gives me my penny back and then proceeds to give me one $5, three $1 and 4 pennies. WTH? I give the penny so I don’t get more pennies in my pocket. I hated to count pennies. Maybe that’s why she did it, I don’t know. Then, to top that off, she gives a fork that has the plastic covering already torn open as it was used already. You have my contact information. Please justify why, even when I tried to ask her, she was charging me incorrectly. If she had a bad day, I can understand to a degree, but issues outside of work stay outside. Most of all, do not take it out on me. I’m very polite and do not enjoy arguing. If you have read this far, thank you for your time and patience.
