I am not a person who frequents Jack in the Box often; however, in the last 30 days, I have visited three stores. 2 of the locations were in Austin, TX. I had to go to 2 places because the first location was out of tacos. A few weeks later, I went to the store in Keller, TX. Where I live. The date was Sept. 2, 2023. Again, I ordered tacos and was informed they did not have any. The employee working the drive-through could have been more helpful and friendly. He didn’t even allow us to look over the menu and find something else before saying, Okay, thank you. It felt like he didn’t want to work. I decided to call back later that day to ask if the store had tacos and spoke with who I think was the manager, who then informed me that they did have tacos and would talk with their staff about why I was told they did not have any. I just wanted to express my frustration because I find it very odd that we were informed twice within 30 days at two different stores in two other cities that they were out of tacos. It seems very strange, especially in Texas.

Hi, I am driving through Jack in Box store #335 to buy Supreme croissants today. I wanted to do a survey, but the 14-digit code needs to be clarified. I tried several times, and it did not go through. This is not the first time that my receipts have been clear. So I would like you to please get in touch with this store to change the ink for printing receipts for giving customers so we can do the survey. Please help me to solve this issue.
